Move-In Procedure

Exhibitors must adhere to the scheduled move-in times outlined by Robinson Show Services. Please direct any questions concerning your move-in to Elaine Blosmanis at 905-417-7789 ext.201 or elaine@robinsonshowservices.ca 

Shipping

  • All direct shipments should NOT arrive until Saturday, November 2nd, and should be consigned as follows:

    The Canadian Restaurant and Bar Show

  • If your shipments are coming from abroad and require customs brokering, please contact Beyond Borders Logistics & Consulting Inc. 
     

  • We recommend the official Transportation and Customs Broker, Beyond Borders Logistics & Consulting Inc., to ship your exhibit. This will reduce costs, waiting and hassles. They will be able to schedule the arrival of your shipment so you can arrive to set-up and avoid line-ups or congestion at the loading dock.

Remember to confirm your shipment date and time with your carrier.

 

 

Move-Out Procedure

  • The show officially ends at 4:00 pm. Exhibitors must wait until the show closes before dismantling exhibits. Exhibitors who pack up prior to show close may be fined.
     

  • Exhibitors must wait approximately 30 minutes for the aisle carpet (if any) to be rolled up after which and crates will be returned to exhibitors on the show floor.
     

Beyond Borders Logistics & Consulting Inc. will be on-site to ensure loading of your goods onto their trailer, for delivery to your final destination. Post-show storage arrangements must be made with Robinson Show Services if your goods are not being picked up by the end of move-out on Monday.

Alcohol Sampling Regulations

Maximum Servings

Product samples poured on the trade show floor must adhere to the following maximums, and tasting glasses provided for show patrons must be clearly marked to aid pouring and inspection. Maximum servings are based on alcohol content (by volume) of the product.

23% or greater = maximum serving 30ml

7% to 23% = maximum serving 60ml

Less than 7% = maximum serving 115ml

Booth Regulations

Those exhibitors sampling alcoholic beverages are advised that patrons are not permitted to leave the booth area with unfinished amounts of samples.
