Sysco Provincial Culinary Challenge

CR&B Show – Main Culinary Stage

Aspiring chefs went head-to-head in a live cook-off using supplied ingredients, their imaginations and unique cooking expertise. This “Black Box” Style competition consisted of three qualifying rounds, each lasting one hour. Our esteemed panel of judges oversaw the culinary showdown, awarding points for cooking skills, presentation and taste.
