Raising the Bar for 2020
The 2019 CR&B Show was truly an amazing event and we wanted to thank those that attended. The trade show floor was packed, the culinary and bartending competitions provided great entertainment, our education sessions were informative and inspiring. Furthermore, the food and beverage samples were off the charts with great energy and overall attendee and exhibitor interaction.
The bar has been set for 2020, but if history is any indication, the CR&B Show team is up to the task - and we hope to see old friends along with many new ones.

2019 CR&B Show: Mixology Competition
The CR&B Cocktails and Dreams Show was hosted by renowned flair bartender, Zack Prohaska. Some of Canada’s top bartenders put their skills to the test for the chance to claim some serious cash and prizes. Attendees watched and cheered on the competitors, sampled delicious cocktails created by our nation’s most creative mixologists, partook in live product demonstrations and more!

Culinary Federation Demos
The CR&B Show Culinary Federation Demo was proud to present: Tony Fernandes, Executive Chef Crown Plaza Airport.
Chef Tony Fernandes presented his dish: South Asian influence Atlantic Salmon with Wild Mushroom and Asparagus Saffron Cream, drizzled with Garlic Cilantro Oil.
The CR&B Show Culinary Federation Demo was also proud to present: Chef Stephan Schulz.

Culinary Stage - Delmanor Culinary Team Demo
The Delmanor culinary team wowed the CR&B Show audience with seafood, pasta and other impressive samples of food items that they prepare and serve on a daily basis at their retirement community facilities.
